Q.
How much will this cost me? Will I have to pay anything out of my own pocket?
A.
Quite simply, if you don't have a case we will tell you straight up. If we do run your matter we will cover all costs. You pay nothing up front. At the end of the day we subtract the costs and our fee from the payout obtained. If we are unsuccessful you simply walk away and we accept the costs as our loss. You have nothing to lose. There is however a difference if you choose to proceed with a civil claim. If that option becomes available then we will fully explain it to you at that time. See Civil Claims.
