Gerard is a partner in the firm of McCowans Solicitors and has been a partner since 1997.
Gerard was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 1985. Shortly after admission he travelled to London and worked in the Insurance Litigation section for a Bond Street Law firm.
Gerard has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims in relation to workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents and accidents in public places and is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injuries Law.

Toni is a solicitor in the firm of McCowans Solicitors.
Toni was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2000 and has broad experience in personal injuries litigation.
Toni has worked for Suncorp Metway, Crown Law, WorkCover Queensland and a number of large insurance companies. Her experience in representing insurance companies gives her an advantage when representing injured persons as she is familiar with the tactics employed by the insurance industry when conducting personal injury claims.

Tina is a solicitor in the firm of McCowans Solicitors.
Tina was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2003. She has extensive experience in personal injuries law having represented major insurance companies and also injured persons in relation to motor vehicle accidents, work place injuries and accidents in public places.
Tina commenced her career in Brisbane working for a large legal firm specialising in personal injury insurance. She moved to the Gold Coast at the beginning of 2005 and since that time has practiced in the field of personal injuries litigation for injured persons.
